Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Welcome to BIG U. By purchasing any of our trainings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and Conditions. In this document, you will find all relevant information on how the platform works, access to content, and your rights and obligations as a user.
1. Who We Are

In these Terms, “BIG U,” “we,” or “the platform” refers to BIG UNIVERSITY LLC. The term “you” refers to the person who purchases our trainings or memberships..
2. What We Offer
BIG U is an online training school. Our trainings include access to video lessons, digital educational materials, downloadable resources, periodic updates, and, in certain programs, access to live classes. All content is available on our virtual campus: campus.thebiguniversity.com. Before completing your purchase, you can review the detailed description of each training on its respective sales page.
3. DIY Membership
The DIY Membership grants you: - Access to all BIG U trainings for 12 months - Access to future updates during that period - Included downloadable resources - Live classes not included - Written general-guidance support not included The exact scope of the membership may be updated periodically to improve the student experience.
4. Purchase Process
The purchase is made through our secure payment gateway. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details and immediate access to the digital content. We accept payments by credit card and debit card. All transactions are processed through secure systems using SSL encryption. We will not store your card data.
5. Your Access to the Campus
Access to the platform is personal and non-transferable. This means you must keep your credentials confidential and may not share them with third parties or allow others to use your account. Copying, downloading, distributing, or reproducing content without express authorization is also prohibited. If we detect misuse, we may revoke your access without the right to a refund.
6. Payment Methods
You may purchase the trainings through a one-time payment or, when indicated, through an installment plan. If you choose installments, these must be paid on the established dates. If a payment is not completed, we may suspend your access until the situation is resolved. Amounts already paid will not be refunded, as access to the content is enabled from the first moment.
7. Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal
Because the content is activated immediately, we do not offer refunds except in exceptional situations such as duplicate payments, evident transaction errors, or technical failures attributable to BIG U.
If you reside in the European Union, by completing your purchase you declare that you understand and accept that you are acquiring a digital product with immediate access and therefore expressly waive your 14-day withdrawal right. This waiver is confirmed via the mandatory acceptance checkbox at checkout, which enables your access in accordance with applicable law.
7.1 Klarna Purchases
Klarna Purchases: Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
The following terms apply exclusively to online trainings and services purchased using Klarna as the payment method.
7.1.1. Right of Withdrawal
Under consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (the date of your purchase).
How to exercise your Right of Withdrawal:

7.1.2. Refund Policy
Purchases made through Klarna are fully eligible for refunds if the right of withdrawal is exercised within the stipulated 14-day period.
No Store Credit: We strictly do not issue store credit for Klarna orders.
Refund Process: If your withdrawal request is approved, a full refund will be issued directly to your original Klarna payment method. Klarna will automatically adjust your outstanding balance, cancel any future scheduled payments, and refund any amounts you have already paid. Please allow a few business days for Klarna to process the transaction.
7.1.3. Digital Content Access During the Withdrawal Period
Note: As our purchases often include access to a bundle or group of different trainings, if you explicitly requested immediate access to the content and begin streaming, downloading, or consuming the materials within the 14-day withdrawal period, you agree that you will be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided. In the event that you access a specific training within a bundle, this proportionate amount will be calculated based on the individual retail price of that specific training, which will be deducted from your total refund.
8. Discounts
Desde BIG U reservamos el derecho de aplicar descuentos sobre nuestras formaciones en momentos puntuales. Los descuentos aplican exclusivamente aplicables a compras nuevas, no son retroactivos y pueden modificarse o retirarse sin previo aviso.
9. Taxes
Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment.
10. Intellectual Property
All BIG U content is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs exclusively to BIG UNIVERSITY LLC. Copying, distributing, reproducing, selling, gifting, or sharing campus content in any form is not permitted. Unauthorized use or distribution will result in immediate cancellation of access without refund and, if necessary, legal action.
11. Platform Availability
We work to ensure the platform is available at all times, but occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. These interruptions do not entitle you to a refund, although we may extend access if we deem it appropriate.
12. Technical Requirements
To use the platform, you need a compatible device, a stable Internet connection, and the ability to play videos and view PDF files. Our team provides basic support but does not offer advanced technical assistance or diagnostics on users’ devices or networks
13. Content Updates
BIG U may update, reorganize, or add new content to improve the quality of the programs. Modules that have become outdated may also be removed. These modifications are part of our commitment to offering updated, high-level training.
14. Certificates
If the training includes a digital completion certificate, you may download it once you complete the required modules and exercises. The certificates issued do not have official recognition from educational or professional institutions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
15. Limitation of Liability
BIG U does not guarantee specific results or income derived from applying the content of its trainings. Any financial, tax, business, or personal decisions you make based on the knowledge acquired are your sole responsibility.
17. User Conduct
To ensure a safe and professional environment, offensive language, harassment, spam, and using the platform for purposes unrelated to training are prohibited. BIG U may suspend or cancel the access of any user who violates these rules, without the right to a refund.
18. Minors
To purchase our products, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are a minor, you will need the express authorization of your parents or legal guardian.
19. Modification of These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to improve the user experience or comply with applicable regulations. Modifications will only affect future purchases.
20. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using the platform, you accept such processing.
Data is collected solely for the purpose of managing the relationship with the user and fulfilling the services purchased. The user may request modification, rectification, or deletion of their data at any time by writing to hola@thebiguniversity.com
21. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform will be resolved before the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, unless consumer protection law requires another jurisdiction.
